On July 31, Shengxiao Group's 2026 mid-year work conference was held in Quzhou.
Chairman of the Group and Guo Xiaozhong attended the meeting and made work arrangements. This meeting reviewed the operating conditions in the first half of the year, sorted out the existing problems in each sector, deployed key tasks for the second half of the year, and anchored the group's annual business goals.
Chairman Guo Xiaozhong noted at the meeting that the general roadmap for keytask delivery in the second half of the year has been set. Management personnel at all levels are expected to go deep into production and market frontlines, address various challenges headon, and ensure corrective measures are fully implemented. They should break siloed mindsets and foster better internal industrial synergy. With production, sales and R&D as the three core drivers, all functional departments shall adopt a holistic mindset, proactively align and collaborate with one another. They need to deliver robust logistics support, streamline process coordination and secure sufficient resources. Through joint efforts across all business segments and professional functions, the company will work toward sustained improvements in quality and operational efficiency.
He also emphasized that the company must consistently advance its core priorities of talent development, technological innovation and compliance management. It should establish and refine career‑growth pathways for employees to build a solid competitive moat, and make every effort to deliver on its IPO objective.
